Great breakfast, great service, great town of Belgrade Lakes! Will be back again next year!

Something for everyone, they even have a dog friendly area, menu has been ramped up, loved it!

The food was very good, but they were busy and it took 40 minutes for lunch, so if you are in a hurry this is not the place.

Ordered takeout. Food was cooked to order, hot and delicious!

They try, waitress are frendly and good. Food is adequate at best. Great for breakfast or burgers. Everything else not so much

Pretty Reliable. Had the grilled haddock sandwich. It was good, generous portion of haddock.

We sat outside and had the pretzels and beer cheese for appetizers. Met some nice locals and enjoyed great beer from the area. The lonster rolls were good and staff very polite and attentive.

Really good pot roast special! Generous portions on the meals. Affordable. Home town atmosphere!

There food was amazing. The server i had was very friendly and hard working. I suggest anyone who may be in that area to stop in because it's very much worth it.

Have you ever watched Northern Exposure? This place makes you feel like the show was filmed there. Only thing missing is the Moose standing outside. Great service good food nice portions fair price, and cold beer🍻

The food is decent, but the service is lousy. If you go when it is super busy you will be spending a while waiting on your food. I don't know if the kitchen is understaffed or just poorly run or both. Its not a bad place but I have the waited a long time for food here.

We went twice in one week. The first time my husband ordered fried fish. When he got it, it was frozen in the middle. They brought a new one that was overcooked. Decided to give them a second chance. This time my husband ordered the fish chowder. It was cold and there was no fish in it. I ordered baked fish. It was cold as was the broccoli. My friend also ordered the baked fish and hers was cold as well. Will not be going back.

Though this was our 1st time here and it was for a birthday party; I've got to say Dawn did an amazing job making sure nobody needed for anything!! She was very attentive and the food was very good! We will def go back in the summer and enjoy lunch on the deck overlooking the pond. Good job Sunset Grill!

There's just something special about the sunset grill. The food is great, but it's really the people that make it special. We are always greeted with a smile, and everyone is friendly. There's the usual bar fare, but then there are always a few interesting specials to choose from.

Food and service were on point . It was our first time so we went in with an open mind . Walking in ,there were 2 people on the front porch smoking cigarettes and we don’t smoke so the smoke wasn’t a pleasant introduction . While eating it was apparent the “smokers” were employees , which I find additionally unappealing . While leaving we were greeted with the same cloud of smoke as we exited the front door , a group of 3 or 4 including the same 2 from earlier were smoking on the front porch .I get it , people smoke . Don’t do it on the front porch . Don’t do it in front of a restaurant . The thought of your stinky ash tray hands touching my food is not appealing to me . The place was plenty busy ,so they don’t need my money .

As a long time seasonal resident of the Belgrade Lakes region this is one of my favorites. Local, friendly, and functional indoor seating and outdoor seating. Nothing fancy but just good plain friendly service, good bar for craft beers and mixed drinks, chowders, fish, seafood, meats and salads. Music on occasions with local patrons make you feel at home and experience real Maine living, live and let live, tolerant, talk about anything, everything and nothing. Great place to stop to eat, drink after a hike, fishing, boating or just to relax in a relaxing, busy environment. Servers are great, cooks are good on the standards and servings ample. My usual test is can the bar make a great Manhattan, chowder, baked haddock, or prime rib - Definitely YES! Not a high brow place but one of my repeat visit, go to places. Good people all, staff and patrons! Thank you for being there Sunset Grill.

Love it!! Great place to get a bite to eat

I'm always concerned when going to a new place to eat but rest assured this place is a hidden gem. Really good food(from hot dogs to seafood to taco salad they have something for everyone), service was awesome, comfortable atmosphere, drinks and entertainment. Honestly I love finding places like this just so I can spread the word. Definitely going back! They also do breakfast. So happy!

Great place in a great place.Good simple food, cold drinks and nice views in a cute little town. A great destination whether your stating in town or just out for a ride. 20 minutes from Augusta.

It's a pretty average restaurant. Service was ok. I ordered a burger. Ended up being from a frozen patty. I ordered it medium, it came well done. When you're a professional cook, you should be able to cook any meat at any temperature. It's your job. Take pride in it and pay attention. I probably won't be back. Unless someone else is paying.

Only got 1 star because needs at least one for review. Took an hour for them to make 2 hotdogs and some fries... after they quoted a 20 minute wait time. They were incredibly rude on the phone when I called to ask about the situation and completely ignored my fiancee while he was in the restaurant to the point where I had to explain to them 3 times they did not need to bring out the food he was in the restaurant waiting... food is also overpriced. Will not be returning.

The food was absolutely fabulous. The service was pretty slow.

Food was awesome! The place was quaint. We waited forever for our food though. There was six of us and the food took 45 minutes or more. This is just a heads up so you are prepared. They say good food takes time and I truly believe this is true.
